About us
Elan Daniel, the founder of Dwell Well, has been working in affordable housing and community development since 2006 with a most recent stint as the CEO of a Community Development Corporation (CDC) in Indianapolis.
Dwell Well is an attempt to explore the issues that perpetuate in the housing environs. The issue seems to be a moving target that consistently has roadblocks preventing success. Why is that? What can we do? How do we solve this human/resource-related problem that is entirely solvable?
We hope to produce one to two articles per week, but don’t be disappointed if that doesn’t happen, it just means we are brewing up something awesome.
